The elevator was down when we arrived, so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Also, there was a stomach that lingered through the stairwell and even through the ventd. It appeared to be from the trash that was left in the stairwell. Lastly, housekeeping did not come at all throughout my weekend stay.

I like for the most part the price for the room and everything that comes with it

I had a great value for my money at the Extended Stay in Waukesha. The room was clean, convenient, and had a well-designed kitchen. The staff, especially Julie at the front desk, was friendly, helpful, and made my stay pleasant. I will definitely return if I visit the area again.

The lobby and desk area was very dirty. I wish there had been an oven or at least a toaster oven because I wanted to cook a pizza.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to the expressway and plenty of things close by. I could easily find restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff, especially Julie at the front desk, made my stay even better. She was friendly, greeted me by name, and was extremely helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and the room had a comfortable bed and a convenient kitchenette. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable.

The hotel was under construction during my stay. The front door was closed and I had to go to side door for my cab. Besides, the smell was bad during construction.

The coffee was very good. The staff were courteous, easy to approach for requests.

The bed linens, pillows and bath towels were shabby.
